Michael Campbell, Vernon Foster and Terry KenneyCampbell, Foster, Kenney & Associates, LLC (CFK & Associates) is a full service marketing and business development company specializing in working with suppliers of food and beverage products. CFK showcases its clients by offering high end event planning with an emphasis on wine and wine education.

CFK & Associates originally was founded in November of 2003 to explore agricultural opportunities available in the Caribbean marketplace. Through this, they established strong relationships with elite produce growers, processors and shippers and formed a fresh produce company based in Salinas, California called The Diversified Food Network,LLC (DFN), DFN currently services two major retail outlets nationwide with their salad products.

Starting in mid 2005, CFK emerged as a leader in the production of high quality upscale events that attract a significant multicultural following that is urban, sophisticated and highly influential in the social fabric that makes up the San Francisco Bay Area.  At the heart of these events is an attention to fine wine and its pairings with various types of foods, chocolates, and entertainment alternatives with unique surroundings in Northern California.  In December of 2005, CFK launched SoulfulTreats.com. Soulful Treats.com currently sells and markets luxurious dessert items, gift baskets, and other high end specialty foods.

In September of 2006, CFK established a Charitable Fund at The East Bay Community Foundation known as the Campbell, Foster, Kenney Charitable Fund. They recently sponsored a fundraiser to seed the fund. The fund's purpose is to encourage inner city students in Oakland and Berkeley to achieve their goals both academically and professionally through philanthropy.

In November of 2006, The Oakland African American Chamber of Commerce named CFK & Associates as its Small Business of the Year. CFK has also received its certification as an MBE (Minority Business Enterprise) from the Northern California Supplier Diversity Program (NCSDC). NCSDC is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting diversity in the workplace.
